It is produced through a color-spun process, not a fixed dyeing process. The entire pattern development process for the fabric took nearly 3 months to achieve a fabric that is comparable to the original version! Horizontal weaving sheet process: Based on the original fabric, the "Unit Treasure Pattern" process is adopted. The "Positive Five-Thread" horizontal weaving machine is imported from Germany by STOLL. The imported woven fabric has very neat and clear patterns, with strong texture and three-dimensionality. The fabric sheets produced by ordinary domestic machines in the market simply cannot match the effect of the original fabric. The small embroidery requires multiple revisions of the details, with no less than 7 versions. The size and material of the chest pattern are the same as the original. We use imported Taisan embroidery machine and imported "Coats" sewing thread. The stitching lines of the embroidery pattern are more meticulous and more beautiful! Hardware zippers: We exclusively produce custom-made glossy gun color hardware zippers. The zipper teeth are imported from Switzerland. The pull tabs are precisely engraved with logo fonts that match the original version. The overall shape and texture are consistent with the original. Other details: We exclusively produce custom-made 2025 latest three-standard accessories. The materials, sizes, and details are exactly the same as the original version. The label and the wash label are both sewn by experienced artisans using pure manual techniques. On both sides of the labels, there are only 2 stitching points. Hand sewing is not only expensive but also very troublesome!
