The color-matching version uses a “yarn-dyeing” technique. The whole development cycle took over 3 months, with just the solid color taking more than 2 months. The “black lettering” uses 60s fully combed long-staple cotton yarn. Because the letters are quite delicate, ultra-fine yarn was used to knit the pieces so that the overall texture can match the original version! Using high-quality cotton yarn, the fabric feels soft and comfortable. The 横机 weaving pattern and overall weight texture all achieve a 1:1 replication of the original! Process: The whole garment uses a single-sided jacquard technique. Because the pattern is quite intricate, the knitting of a piece of the garment is particularly slow. The entire shirt takes nearly 160 minutes to make, which is long for a knitted short sleeve.
