Thanks to a specialized process, the texture is incredibly fine and soft—closely resembling cashmere and matching the original garment. Available in two colors, both custom-spun based on color swatches from the original. The yarn-dyeing process differs significantly from standard piece-dyeing; creating the color swatches alone takes over 10 days, and the technicians produced at least 5 or 6 trial versions before finalizing the production color. Furthermore, the production cycle is slow—taking around 30 days—making it a highly time-intensive process. Craftsmanship: The main body utilizes a "single-jersey" knit structure. While the knitting process itself isn't overly complex, we prioritized surface smoothness and texture by using German-imported STOLL 12-gauge flat knitting machines, which yield a superior feel compared to domestic machines. The collar features a "full-cardigan" (four-bed) structure, while the ribbing uses a "1x1" structure. To ensure the collar remains crisp and structured rather than limp, we incorporated an elastic filament during knitting, guaranteeing resistance to deformation after washing. Knitted on German-imported STOLL flat knitting machines—equipment renowned for high-precision stitching and fine texture, and the preferred choice for manufacturing high-end luxury goods. Embroidery Craftsmanship: The letter embroidery on the chest is based on a 1:1 scan of the original design; the pattern underwent at least seven rounds of detailed revisions to ensure the size and material perfectly match the authentic version. We utilize imported Tajima embroidery machines and premium "Coats" thread, resulting in a denser, more refined, and aesthetically pleasing stitch pattern. Button Material: To match the original specifications, we sourced imported "horn buttons," selecting only the finest sections of the natural horn—a costly material choice. Each button is polished, colored, and precision-engraved with the logo, exuding a premium feel; the natural grain pattern on every button is unique. (Buttons of this material are expensive and typically reserved for high-end luxury garments.) During attachment, we replicate luxury-grade standards by ensuring the text on the side of every button faces the same direction, maintaining a uniform and neat appearance. Most versions on the market substitute these with cheap plastic buttons to cut costs; plastic buttons lack color depth, feel lightweight and flimsy, and are extremely inexpensive to produce. (The cost of horn buttons is more than ten times that of plastic ones; due to this high price point, most domestic brands rarely use them, opting instead to minimize production costs.) After the garment is fully assembled, it undergoes a mercerization and fulling (felting) process to ensure an exceptionally comfortable hand-feel.
